Withdraw contract
Use this page to declare a Widerruf (withdrawal) from your contract. For digital content that was made available immediately after your express consent, the right of withdrawal expires under the statutory conditions (§ 356 Abs. 6 BGB) once provision has begun. Declarations are recorded with a timestamp and reviewed manually. No automated refund is issued and no access is revoked automatically. We reply by email to the address you provide.
No reason is required for your withdrawal.

Withdrawal Information (Widerrufsbelehrung) — Vikki Sky Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Ersan Yüksel (WTDM), Gothaerstraße 10, 27755 Delmenhorst, Germany, support@vikkisky.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You may also use the electronic withdrawal form at /withdrawal. Any other legally permitted channel is equally valid. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content Your right of withdrawal for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium expires under § 356 Abs. 5 and § 356 Abs. 6 BGB if we have begun with the performance of the contract after you have (a) expressly consented that we begin with the performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and (b) confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of the performance of the contract, and (c) we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium. For the continuing platform-access component of this offering, your statutory rights are only affected to the extent permitted by law.
